Session 1. Rapport & Assessment
First, your dog will have time to bond and become familiar with their dedicated Aroma Therapist. During this introductory period, the therapist will assess your dog’s coat and skin condition while your dog grows accustomed to their scent and gentle touch. Once a full assessment is complete, your dog will have built a sense of trust and comfort with their therapist.

Session 2. 7-Step Sanitary Grooming
Once your dog feels at ease, we begin a 7-step sanitary grooming process. This includes paw pad trimming, nail trimming, ear cleaning, anal gland care, sanitary area trimming (anal and genital), and teeth brushing. This essential oil care removes sources of odor and creates a tidier, more refined appearance.

Session 3. Tear Stain Management
Following the grooming, we perform a dedicated tear stain treatment. We use a gentle steam towel compress and a premium-grade eye cleaner to improve the appearance of stained areas around the eyes. The high-quality cleaner brightens and defines the eyes, while the steam towel helps to gently lift away stubborn, set-in discoloration, reducing the effects of accumulated tear stains.

We create optimal humidity to keep their nose comfortably moist while they enjoy an aromatic experience as gentle as a dream on a spring day.

Session 6. Coat Conditioning
While the spa focused primarily on skin health, this session is dedicated to the coat's texture and beauty. We use mists from the finest domestic and international brands, infusing fragrance and moisture into every single strand. This process adds a brilliant luster and promotes long-term coat health. The treatment concludes with a gentle brushing using a high-end, natural-bristle brush, revealing your dog’s truly elegant appearance.

Session 7. Topical Omega-3 Application
